We offer a range of classes here at West Coast Fitness

A Brief Description of each class can be found in the dropdowns.

Below is our current timetable for the classes we run throughout the week.

All of these classes are included in our 3 month & 12 Month Memberships.

 
 
  • HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Based mostly around body weight exercises, these short and fast workouts are designed to save time, whilst giving you the most intense cardio workout possible.

  • Body Pump. This session is designed to help you tone up and build muscle.
    Throughout the session you will hit your full body.

    Push / Chest , Shoulders ,Triceps

    Pull / Back and Biceps

    Legs / Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings and Calves

  • All of the circuits… With a mixture of equipment and exercises, this session will have you sweating in no time. Not quite as intense as BOOTCAMP but still one heck of a workout.

  • Hardcore workouts in which we make use of a variety of equipment; battle ropes, kettlebells, barbells, step boxes and more… Each session will have a different layout but all have the same goal, giving you one killer of a workout.

  • METCON is a high intensity workout based around intervals, similar to HIIT but a little more intense.
    Typically a METCON class will involve free weights as well as cardio machines.
