Below is our current timetable for the classes we run throughout the week.

Classes are included in our
All Inclusive Membership.

 
 
  • All of the circuits… With a mixture of equipment and exercises, this session is great for beginners and advanced alike. The focus is on time for example;
    (20 sec work 10 sec rest)
    This allows you to push the Max! or take it a little slower depending on your fitness level!

  • New to HYROX? Start Here…
    Our HYROX Open class is perfect for beginners, with a focus on form, tehnique and building a solid race ready fitness.

    No pressure, Just Progress!

  • Ready to level up?
    Our HYROX / Pro classes push you harder, make you run faster and lift heavier. Built for those looking to compete but open to all!

    Train like it Race Day!

  • Tight hips? Stiff shoulders? Our Flexibilty class helps you move better, recover faster, and feel looser for every lift, run or class.
    Great for everyone!

    Mobility = Longevity

  • Build power, boost endurance and train like an athlete. Our Strength & Conditioning class is for everyone, whether you’re chasing PRs or just want to feel unstoppable!

  • METCON is a high intensity workout based around intervals, similar to HIIT but a little more intense.
    Typically a METCON class will involve free weights as well as cardio machines.
