All of the circuits… With a mixture of equipment and exercises, this session is great for beginners and advanced alike. The focus is on time for example;
(20 sec work 10 sec rest)
This allows you to push the Max! or take it a little slower depending on your fitness level!

METCON is a high intensity workout based around intervals, similar to HIIT but a little more intense.
Typically a METCON class will involve free weights as well as cardio machines.
